So, this was my first wedding. I am here, as you can see, at 2:40 in the morning going through and editing over 2000 images. It's a quite a feet, let me tell you that. I do love it though. It's definitely exhilarating. Every second of shooting was exhilarating. The wedding was on the beaches of Malibu and the sky and the water were amazing to photograph. Thankfully it was easy to shoot because it was in such a beautiful location and natural light from the sun was so easy to work with. I can definitely get used to this.

There are some exciting things going on with this wedding and the ones to come in consideration to the business that my colleague Darrel and I are starting. I'm pretty sure we're going to stand out from the competition and offer a couple things that haven't been done before. In a week or so we'll all be able to see. I'll keep you updated when they come.

On another small note, it seems that my life is turning into exactly the way I want it to and I'm turning into exactly the person I want to become.

Just a couple of minor updates. The site should be working on most browsers except ie for some reason. I'm going to figure it out a little later. I have a lot of photos to go through and edit since the wedding on Thursday. Later this week there should be a new site up with the pictures from the wedding. It's going to be pretty exciting. I had a really good time shooting them. It was just such a beautiful wedding. I think I'm going to have to grow some cojones and not shed some tears for the weddings in the future.

Overall it was a really good process. I had a great time.

Check some of the pages I added some more images to the Abstract section of the site. Some pretty exciting things going on in my life. I'm ready to embrace the future.

Hello all coming to http://nathanielperales.com. I really appreciate the support. I'm glad I've finally been able to get this website up and running. It's probably been about a good 2 years that I've been wanting to not only get a website for my photography up, but also an ongoing blog about my daily life and thoughts on photography mostly. We'll see what ends up happening. So far I am enjoying the new life that I've been creating since moving into my new house. My photography has really skyrocketed.

Mostly this blog is going to show off in more detail my daily photography. The pictures on this site is my portfolio, the pictures in this blog are daily life through my flickr account.
